At Randall Scott Porter Prints, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and presentation of every Limited Edition Print we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every print we sell. If your artwork does not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the policy below for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
Artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, unframed, and undamaged.
All original packaging, certificates of authenticity (if included), and documentation must be returned with the artwork.
Limited Edition Prints must remain unsigned by anyone other than the artist and not altered in any way.
How to Initiate a Return

The reason for the return
Photos of the artwork (if there is any damage or issue)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned artwork.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Final Sale Items
Original artwork, custom orders, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.
