At Randall Scott Porter Prints, we take pride in offering original, signed, and numbered Limited Edition Prints of Randall Scott Porter’s artwork. Because of the collectible and limited nature of these prints, all sales are considered final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please review the following guidelines:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the exclusive nature of our Limited Edition Prints, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package every print before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at RandallPorter@RandallPorter.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement (if stock is available) or issue a refund.
If the edition is sold out, we will work with you on an alternative solution or provide a refund.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong print, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and promptly send the correct item (subject to availability).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Limited Edition Prints (except for damage/defect or incorrect order).
Gift cards.
Sale or discounted items.
5. Shipping Returns
If a return is authorized, items must be shipped back in their original packaging with protective materials to prevent damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage, defect, or error on our part.
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original method of payment once the return is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
